Participant guidelines
Scuba diving experiences are for age 8 upwards. If you suffer from asthma, diabetes, claustrophobia or any respiratory, heart or other medical condition you must provide written medical approval in advance.
General availability
Available on selected weekday evenings at locations across the country.
Weather
These taster sessions take place at indoor pools so are not affected by the weather.
What to wear
You will need to take a T-shirt and swimwear for this experience. Wetsuits are provided at some locations if necessary, don't forget a towel.
Duration
Allow 1 hour for this experience.
Number of people
Expect to be in the pool with around eight other people.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome.
Other info
You will need to provide your chest or dress size for your wetsuit upon booking.
