Participant guidelines
Minimum age is 16. Minimum height is 5ft. Maximum weight is 16st 7lbs. This experience isn't suitable for anyone with a serious back or heart complaint or for pregnant women.
General availability
Bookings taken March through to October, at least two weekend dates in each month. It is recommended to book at least one month in advance.

This activity is weather dependant, please call the day before the activity to check.
What to wear
We recommend that you wear warm clothes and bring along some waterproof clothing as you will get wet. Wear flat shoes with a grip, trainers are ideal.
Duration
This activity can last from 30 minutes to a full day. It depends on the package you have booked and also how many people attend on the day.
